Lardo

Today I was doing laundry on Belmont so I headed to the Good Food Here carts on 42nd and SE Belmont for some lunch. There are too many good choices but I decided to give Lardo a try. They have a fairly small menu and I went for the Double Burger. It's a burger topped with cheddar cheese, shredded lettuce, onions and pork belly for $8. I splurged and got some of their Lardo fries which were seasoned with rosemary and sage and cooked in pork fat. The fries were delicious and how can you go wrong with anything involving pork belly??

We're back!!

It's been a long time since anything has happened here at Portland Hamburgers. With the constant influx of new restaurants and carts in Portland, it's time to catch up on all the new delicious burgers out there. As the new admin, I hope to keep things more current around here.
