Hamburgler:
That there is the "Bistro Burger", made with that Strawberry Mountain Beef stuff, and is topped with lemon aioli, avacodo, bacon, caramelized onions, tomato, lettuce. $14.00 to see the show and comes with Pomme Frites.
It was good. When you say medium-rare, it's medium-rare, and the fries come seasoned with roasted garlic and a kind of Herbes de Provence.
Kind of really starting to believe that anywhere you see that Strawberry Mountain Beef on the menu you know you will get a good burger.
