I'm not sure what this place is. It's one of those cafe/restaurant/bar/bistro places with a burger on the menu.

1/3 lb. ground chuck, onion bun, usual suspects, pesto mayo, and fries for $7.75. Ehh! Pesto mayo seems like an odd condiment, and it was to this American pallet.
