This spot is known for the magic of the Philidelphia Cheesesteak (or at least a version of it, its a boring argument already). They have "handmade" burgers as well. Went with a straight-up hamburger and all the condiments. Pretty Good. 1/3 lb. burgers start at $2.99, and are 2 for $4.99 after 4pm.

Philly Chicken

Now I don't know about you, but some Philly Steak on top of a burger sounds like a winner.
