Homemade: Mushroom Cheeseburger 8.15.07

Trader Joe's has some deals. I got all the parts for homemade burgers (except cheese and ketchup) for about $11.00. It will supply me with four burgers. I like to butter grill the bun, pan fry the burger with salt and pepper, put on some pre-cooked mushrooms, cheddar, onions, lettuce, thin tomato slice, and some ketchup. Tasty treats at home.
