Deschutes Brewery

Pickles N Ammo and the Hamburgler joined the masses:

This place is huge. Nicely done. Just look at the size of that HVAC system and enough copper to keep you playing Grand Theft Scrap Metal Thief for a year. We are suppose to say something about their great beers, right?

That first one is the "Classic Cheeseburger with a Twist". $10.50 for 1/3 # natural beef (still not sure what that means though) marinated in Island Spices with Gruyere Cheese, House Pickles, Tomato, Grilled Red Onion, Mayo, and Pub Mustard. A bit different, not bad at all, acceptable price for the nature of the Pearl I would think.

The second one is an "Elk Burger". Natural Elk Patty with Roasted Shallot, Thyme Aioli, and Gruyere Cheese for $11.95. Of course it was a bit gamey, its on.

Deschutes Brewery has the best beer in the world, not the best burgers or food. Their burgers are OK but way overpriced! Go somewhere else for the burgers.
