Homemade: Cheeseburger Pie

I know what you're going to say. It's not right. It's lowest common denominator. It's just not in the spirit of the cheeseburger. Well, I bet if you took a seat next to this bad boy you would loose.

If you make one of these let us know and send us a pic.

-1 lb. Hamburger
-1 medium onion
-1/2 tsp. salt
-1 1/2 cup milk
-3/4 cup Bisquick
-3 Eggs
-1 can of drained tomatoes
-1 cup shredded cheese

Brown the burger and onions together and put in a 9X9 pan. Combine the milk, Bisquick, and eggs together, then pour into the pan. Bake at 400 for 25 minutes. Add tomatoes and cheese and bake for another 10 to 15 minutes.

From Eye8Pudding:

For this particular pie I also added a diced green pepper, chives, extra cheese and some cayenne pepper for that extra spiciness.
